Bééhózin Consulting Group LLC is an Indigenous and Black woman-owned public health and evaluation organization. The organization is driven by the passion and commitment to empower communities to enable them to thrive on their own. Founder and owner, Caroline Davis, created Bééhózin Consulting in response to the immense lack of cultural understanding, relevance, and humility that exists in the world of Indigenous services consulting. Recently a partnership was formed with Tiff Smith to create Bééhózin Consulting Group LLC.

"I wanted to stop having to navigate and strategically place my feedback and thoughts on Indigenous approaches based on how "ready" an organization or individuals were ready to hear something. I wanted to work within an environment that was built for and by Native Peoples, with their wellbeing and livelihood at the center of the work that I did. Our approaches are driven by community engagement models and places the community at the forefront of the approach. That is the foundation of Bééhózin Consulting."
